Have revised this driver to be able to do 50 popups rather than 20.
Also added additional Log features for XP Diagnostics driver.

This driver came about after a conversation in the Facebook RTI Dealer Community.
Someone asked if it was possible to have a popup or layer appear when a slider is moved or a variable value changes, then disappear after a set amount of time.
I said it would make a nifty utility driver and so I knocked one out that afternoon and here’s the result.
You can subscribe the driver to up to 50 variables and each can have its own time set before it disappears. Each variable has a Boolean visibility variable.
You can also set the popups or layers to be exclusive so that only one appears at a time.

It was a bit of fun but someone may find it useful.
